We are looking for a customer service agent with native Dutch + English for a major wholesale company.
What do we offer?
– Contract for a 39-hour day from Monday to Friday in the time slot from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
– On-site work in Madrid
– Competitive salary of 21.000 bruto / year.
– On-site training for 5 days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. within the contract.
– Temporary contract of 3 months, with a lot of possibility of continuity.
Our customer support team is dedicated to delivering quality, value and exceptional service to our retailers and internal stakeholders. You will be a farsighted and proactive person working as part of the pan-European team. It is a demanding and varied position that requires a person with great multitasking skills, since no two days are the same.

What are we looking for?
– Nativ or bilingual Dutch.
– English (B2 minimum).
