-35 hours/week contract, Monday to Friday either from 14:00 to 21:00 or 15:00 to 21:30

What you’ll experience at Webhelp

As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:
 

– Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
– Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA. Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
– Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
– Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

We’ll be a great match if you:

– Are native or proficient in Dutch, have an advanced level of English
– Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration is a plus
– Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
– Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
– Can to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
– Are able to work under pressure in a pressurized environment
– Have very good communication skills and can work in a team
– Have a logical approach to problem solving
– Are able to work on own initiative and adapt to different situations and needs.
