We are looking for a People Specialist to join our team in Barcelona to assist our Amsterdam expansion.

You will:
- Speak fluent Dutch and have great English
- Be able to write content in Dutch
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and motivated team player who always aims for maximum results

Requirements:
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
- Professionalism, attention to detail, analytical and good communication skills
- Making sure that all issues are solved and documented
- Available to start as soon as possible
In a nutshell, we expect the following from you:
- Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)
- Taking ownership of your city
- Developing a network of strategic partnerships
- Providing advice and providing solutions
- Revision and follow up on customer and user comments and enquiries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude with various social media platforms
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Organization and time management skills
