Full-time assistant, department ticket service

Main responsibilities

  • General organization for both national and international football games, tennis tournaments, Formula 1 races, concerts etc.
  • International client acquisition / CRM management
  • Create and update company website content
  • Office management / administration / finances
  • Supply and demand management

 

Required skills and experiences

  • University / bachelor degree in business management / tourism / marketing with previous work experience to related position desired
  • Excellent English and (at least reasonable) Spanish required (additional languages would be a plus)
  • Ability to convert ideas into actions in a creative way
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexibility
  • High stress resistance
  • Spirit of teamwork, proactive and eager to learn

Candidate has to live in Barcelona (or surroundings) already and must be in possession of all official papers such as passport / ID / NIE and Social Security card.
