We are creating an European Engagement Centre in Barcelona and we are recruiting our first batch of superstars to built the foundation for a game-changing customer service. your functions

Your main superpower is people, leading teams of amazing advisors or technical specialists. Steering quality, performance in line with customer and team experience. Decision making in the support organization with clear stakeholder management responsibilities, multiple service area responsibilities ranging across the vehicle and service areas.            

-Be a role model, live our Brand Values through your daily work.

-Facilitate Open and Simple feedback daily with your advisors.

-Steer your team daily ¿ schedule & performance.

-Steer on Quality ¿ Coaching, Co-Listening, Quality Checks.

-Adhere to HR policies and procedures: behaviours, illness, health management.

-Shared ownership in recruitment process: best fit approach.

-Special Point of contact for internal stakeholders: represent EC in a professional and prepared way.

-Support and develop your team to a high performing team, deliver on individual and team development.

-Responsible for:

-Up to 15 advisors.

-Compliance.

-Communication and information sharing.

-Development planning and succession planning.

-Work environment.

-Sick leave, rehabilitation management within the team.

-Onboarding & offboarding.

-Delivering 121s, Quality Checks, Team Meetings, Performance reviews.

-Delivering on team targets and contribution towards overall EC targets.

 

position requisites

-An upper secondary education or higher.

-At least 4 years of experience working in an automotive or customer service environment (i.e. service advisor, call centre agent at a dealership).

-Excellent command of the English language and one of the following languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, German or Italian) would be a plus.

-Leadership skills, analytical understanding.

– Possibility of working remotely
