The first Barcelona Deep Tech Summit international congress will bring together the city’s scientific-technological sector and the business world in one day on 22 September at the Antiga Fàbrica Damm exhibition centre, with the aim of attracting and retaining talent and investment to Barcelona.
The congress aims to promote the entrepreneurship that emerges from the universities, accelerate “the transfer to the market of all the research” and thus transform part of the economy.
Barcelona Activa in partnership with ACCIÓ have promoted this initiative together with the public universities UB, UAB, UPC, UPF and UOC.
