From our company we are looking for people with fluency in Flemish and French to develop customer service functions / front office to suppliers for an important multinational company in the automotive sector located in San Sebastian de los Reyes. 

 

The main functions are:

 

– Customer service and attention to suppliers, either via telephone, e-mail and / or chat.

– Management of the incidences originated in the areas.

– Management of rejected invoices. 

 

Requirements:

 

– Previous experience in call center, customer service, helpdesk or similar.

– Native or fluent in Flamenco language.

– High level of English, as it is the official language of the company.

 

We offer: 

 

– Contract of 3 months + 3 months by ETT and possibility of transition to staff.

– Salary increases with the passage to staff and after a year of belonging to the company for commitment.

– Schedule from Monday to Friday with flexible entry and exit.
