The Embassy of the Netherlands in Madrid, jointly with the Spanish Banking Association and the Dutch Banking Association will organize a joint event on Wednesday, November 30th to talk about the main messages from COP27 and the importance of national public commitments on climate change.

The Embassy of the Netherlands in Madrid, jointly with the Spanish Banking Association and the Dutch Banking Association will organize a joint event on Wednesday, November 30th to talk about the main messages from COP27 and the importance of national public commitments on climate change.

The free session will be broadcast remotely between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. CET. It will address the importance of collaboration and dialogue for the successful achievement of climate goals on a national scale, the support in that journey of the Financial Initiative of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP FI), and what advances in the field of sustainable finance we can extract from the Sharm El-Sheikh Climate Change Conference.

To do so, we will have a line-up of top-level speakers that will include representatives from NVB, AEB, BBVA, ING and the Dutch Government.
